Exmouth is easy to get to by either road, car or bus, rail or air and by sea Exmouth Dock is now a Marina.
Exit the M5 at Junction 30 and take the A376 for Exmouth. On entering Exmouth follow the main road until the Railway and Bus Stations. At the mini roundabout take the 2nd exit into Imperial Road for about 150 yards until the next mini roundabout where you take the 2nd exit into Langerwehe Way. At the end of Langerwehe Way turn right down Camperdown Terrace until you reach number 44 where a small pedestrian lane leads down to number 46. Park either in the road or in the public car park at the end of Camperdown Terrace where it joins Langerwehe Way.
From Exeter bus and coach station by a variety of routes. Once in Exmouth either take a Taxi, no buses run near Camperdown Terrace, or walk down Imperial road, Langerwehe Way and Camperdown Terrace to number 44 where a small pedestrian lane leads to number 46.
Trains from the Midlands, the North and London Paddington will arrive at Exeter St. David's. Trains from London Waterloo will stop at Exeter Central before Exeter St. David's. Trains to Exmouth run approximately every half an hour, weekdays and weekends, during the summer and approximately every half an hour Mondays to Saturdays in winter. The Sunday service in winter does not start until 13.00 and only runs approximately every two hours. From the train station either take a Taxi, no buses run near Camperdown Terrace, or walk down Imperial road, Langerwehe Way and Camperdown Terrace to number 44 where a small pedestrian lane leads to number 46.
Exeter International Airport is served by buses into Exeter and Exmouth as well as having local Taxi services. If coming into Exmouth by bus simply follow the directions in the Bus section.
The approaches to Exmouth can be difficult at certain states of the tide and in Easterly or Southerly wind conditions so use a good chart with pilot notes or use someone with local knowledge. There are no visitor's berths in the Yacht Basin but berths may nevertheless be available. Call Exmouth Docks on Channel 14 to enquire.
