is a communal pool that overlooks a pretty cactus garden. We are set in a
quiet residential area but all the amenities are within easily walking
distance. It's about 15 minutes walk from the pretty sandy coves and
beaches at Playa Flamenca and Punta Prima, just south of Torrevieja on the
Costa Blanca. A nice selection of restaurants and bars are within 2-3 mins
walk, and just a further 5 mins away is the “Centro Commercial” with
countless bars and restaurants including Spanish, French, Italian, German,
Hungarian, Chinese, Indian and of course English cuisine. Should you wish
to use a car there is ample on-street parking available. There are three
golf courses within 5 minutes drive and others just 10 or 15 minutes away.
