A neat bungalow on the internationally famous Exe Estuary that is full of many species of wild fowl. The sand and water are one metre away below the wall of the small patio area. There is gentle, protected water for boating, wind surfing etc. with water sport schools within easy walking distance. It is a five minute walk to the main esplanade and the two miles of Exmouth sands. Also a ten minute walk (on the flat) to the Town centre shopping area.
The bungalow is centrally heated by gas and simply furnished with two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin 3 foot bunk beds, a shower room, a utility room with washing machine, a well equipped kitchen and a living room with large patio doors that look up the whole of the estuary to Exeter and beyond. There is a sofa bed and futon in the living room.
All Gas, Electricity, bed linen, towels, a television, a VCR, a fridge, a gas stove, a microwave and a sandwich maker are provided.

There is on street parking or a Public Car Park at the end of Camperdown Terrace that is free from 1st October to the 30th of March and costs £10 for 7 days parking the rest of the year.
